La Intrépida is an organic Mediterranean blend of 70% Garnacha Tintorera from the Gamellón vineyard, 15% Monastrell, and 15% Airén, sourced from La Hoya de Torres. We aim to preserve the ripeness and depth of the Garnacha Tintorera, while the Airén adds fluidity and color stability. The Monastrell contributes acidity and aromatic complexity, with more red fruit and spicy nuances. It undergoes seven months of aging in barrels, primarily French and American oak, to integrate the oak without overpowering the fruit.

It displays a deep cherry-red color with a profound blue rim and dense legs. On the nose, it is intensely expressive, with abundant ripe black and red fruit, hints of blackberries and plums, balsamic notes that refresh the overall character, delicate hints of blue flowers, and a pronounced mineral background with subtle iodine and sea salt nuances. On the palate it is ample and juicy, flavorful and powerful yet fluid, with polished tannins, good acidity and a very long, enveloping and persistently aromatic finish.
