Our passion
At 3 Terruños, we are dedicated to the artisanal production of organic wines from the Jumilla Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), working with the finest vines from our plots, cultivated sustainably.
We carefully select grapes from different locations to vinify them using modern techniques and minimal intervention, respecting their natural character to the fullest. This results in wines that preserve the essence of the grape and honestly express the landscape from which they originate. Each bottle is the culmination of this union between origin, technique, and respect for nature.
Respect for the Environment
We prioritize environmentally friendly practices throughout the entire winemaking process, from selecting grapes from sustainable vineyards to using minimal intervention techniques in the winery. We take care of every detail to reduce our environmental impact and ensure that our wines express nature with the greatest possible purity.
Handcrafted Quality
Our wines are born from a careful selection of grapes from the finest vineyards, which we then craft in limited batches using artisanal methods and modern winemaking techniques. We are committed to minimal intervention to fully respect the essence of the grape, resulting in honest wines with their own character and personality in each variety.
Constant Innovation
We are constantly seeking new ways to improve our wines, integrating modern winemaking tools and techniques without abandoning our artisanal essence. We experiment with different terroirs, winemaking methods, and aging times, always with minimal intervention, to enhance the expressiveness of the grapes and offer contemporary wines that are true to their origin and constantly evolving.

HOYA DE TORRES
Mediterranean environment with pine trees, thyme, rosemary, and rockrose. Brown, highly calcareous soils. Low organic matter content forces the roots to grow deep, resulting in very concentrated grapes.
GAMELLÓN
At an altitude of 700 meters with significant temperature fluctuations, the grapes ripen more slowly and evenly. The dry, calcareous soils offer excellent drainage. The hot, dry Mediterranean climate is ideal for Garnacha Tintorera, producing thick skins, intense color, and powerful tannins.
Our artisanal process
Step 1
Grape selection
We work with the best vineyards in each plot, selecting the finest bunches of each variety, choosing plots and harvest times that guarantee freshness and balance. This care at the source is essential to preserving the unique character of the grape and the essence of our organic wines from Jumilla.
Step 2
Cold fermentation
After harvesting and gentle pressing, the must begins its cold fermentation, with a controlled temperature to best preserve each variety. This slow and precise process allows for a delicate transformation of the juice into wine, preserving the grape’s natural aromas, its freshness, and the authentic essence of our organic wines from Jumilla.
Step 3
Aging
Primarily using used French oak barrels to best preserve the essence of each grape variety. This measured and careful aging process allows the wine to refine without masking the fruit, gently integrating the tannins and aromatic nuances. This results in balanced wines with their own character and an elegance that faithfully reflects their origin in Jumilla.
Step 4
Bottling
Finally, the wine is bottled with the same care with which it was made, preserving the full expression of each variety. Each bottle is the result of patient work, from grape selection to aging, and reflects a deep respect for the fruit and the terroir. Thus, a wine arrives in your hands, ready to be shared and enjoyed in its purest form.
